To summarise the concept we are sure you will agree that for most people it would be very difficult to justify outright ownership of a boat of the type we have available on a number of grounds

Firstly; Time – with the hectic life style people in business have today it has been said the majority of owners only use their boats for between 4 and 6 weeks of the year, with us you have 8 to 10 weeks available.

Secondly; Financial – assuming that you are not intending to use the boat 52 weeks of the year why carry both the full capital cost and the full running costs, not to mention the full depreciation costs. If you are fortunate to have more than 8 to 10 weeks when you would wish to use the boat multiple fractions still make sense for the same reasons.

Thirdly; Eliminate hassle and administration – having ownership through us we eliminate all the hassle and administration, leaving you to enjoy quality relaxation time aboard the boat of your choice.

Lastly: Tax and Flexibility – There are clear tax advantages to be derived from partial ownership, depending on your personal circumstances. This fixed term arrangement also allows you the opportunity to a try a location and particular boat without the full financial and open ended commitment full ownership dictates.

The next step - As each boat has a maximum of five owners it is important to reserve a fraction or fractions as soon as possible by completing the reservation form attached. The reservation of a fraction does not cost you any money and is not a binding commitment to proceed. Once the reservation has been made we will make an appointment to meet with you to discuss your requirements in detail and review the contractual arrangements. You will then have an opportunity to review the documentation before proceeding.

The launch date for any boat will only be finalised once we have three out of the five owners committed to enable us to fine tune the specification to meet the specific requirements. We have a launch programme; however this can be modified dependant on client requirements.
